We often talk about the Internet as if it were either good or bad. As if it were somehow responsible for everything we find on it. Online, on the other hand, you can jump from something wonderful to absolute garbage with a single click. And sometimes that's a little unsettling.

Because we tend to think there are good people and bad people, when reality is usually far more complicated.

We all live with contradictions. We all have light and shadow. We're all capable of doing admirable things and acting like complete idiots depending on the moment, the circumstances, or who's judging us.
No matter how good a person thinks they are, they'll always be the asshole in someone else's story. Or even the villain.

This runway event focused on bikinis and swimwear has become one of the biggest showcases of beauty, style and stunning bodies anywhere on the calendar. A place where brands present their latest collections, sure, but also one where it's nearly impossible to take your eyes off the catwalk.

And let's be honest, for the average viewer it's a lot more entertaining than some modern fashion shows featuring models with fewer curves than a German autobahn. Here you've got color, energy, summer vibes, beaches and a lineup of women capable of making you completely forget which brand they're actually supposed to be promoting.

For years we've been hearing the same old argument every time a new way of making a living appears. It happened with YouTubers, it happened with streamers, it happened with influencers, and it's still happening today with adult content creators: "That's not a real job", "Get yourself a proper job", "I'd like to see you getting up at six in the morning to break rocks for a living".

As if a job has to be unpleasant to count as work. As if enjoying what you do somehow makes it less valuable. As if the only legitimate way to earn a living is to spend eight hours a day doing something you'd rather not be doing.

The reality is much simpler. A job is any activity that fulfills a need or demand and that someone is willing to pay for. Sometimes it requires physical effort. Sometimes technical knowledge. Sometimes years of training. And sometimes it's simply about spotting an opportunity before everyone else does.

Then the market decides what each skill is worth. There are people with university degrees who earn less than a plumber. There are plumbers who earn less than a programmer. There are programmers who earn less than a content creator. And sometimes the opposite is true. Life has never worked as a salary table based on how much effort outsiders think a job requires.

That's why it's always interesting to see people look down on certain professions while consuming exactly the thing they're criticizing. Because it's one thing not to understand an activity and something very different to deny a reality that's been right in front of us for years.

And speaking of people who have figured out perfectly how the modern world works, here we have Pixiee 💜. Someone who has taken the cards nature dealt her, understood what her audience wants, and turned it into a very profitable way of making a living.

Judging by the number of zeros that keep appearing in her bank account, it's getting harder and harder to argue that she doesn't have a real job.
