It sounds silly, but small details like the time it sits after you cut it, how you wash it or even whether you peel it or not can make the difference between getting all those vitamins… or losing half of them along the way.

At the end of the day, eating fruit isn’t just about quantity —it’s about doing it right. Picking it ripe, avoiding letting it sit out too long, not drowning it in extra sugar and keeping it as natural as possible helps your body get the most out of it. Fruit is healthy on its own, yes —but if you treat it with a little love, it gets even better.

It’s funny how the mind works. Just a few months ago we were looking at these images wide-eyed, like someone watching a magic trick for the first time. And now, look at us: completely used to them.
When the first images started appearing a couple of years ago, we all went a bit crazy. Not because of the image itself — digital pictures have been around for many years — but because of how they were made. The fact that an AI could create something like this just from a few lines of text really was a huge statement.

It felt like it was going to change everything. And to be honest, I still think it’s going to change everything. But the internet moves at such a wild speed that any new thing goes from “wow” to “meh” in just a few days. You wake up with something blowing your mind and, before you even process it, three new headlines have already pushed that feeling aside. It happens to all of us. We get used to everything.





And that’s exactly what’s happening to me now. I look at these images and they no longer give me that first feeling of watching the future sneak in through the screen. It’s not that I don’t like them, it’s that they’ve become part of the background. As if this level of detail, skin, gaze and texture were the most normal thing in the world. Spoiler: it’s not.

I’m convinced AI is unstoppable and that we’ll eventually reach a point where we won’t know if what we’re seeing is a real woman or not.
And it won’t just be about what our eyes see: it’ll also be about what our ears hear and the conversations we have with them.
Maybe — and here’s the ironic part — we’ll still be able to spot them because it’ll feel a bit unrealistic that someone that insanely gorgeous is also that insanely smart. But don’t worry, they’ll end up refining that too. They’re already stepping away from absolute perfection to look more “homemade”, more “imperfect”, more “real”. And sooner or later they’ll also master that universal art of playing dumb at the right moment, just so we don’t start having doubts.

In the end, this is just me rambling, thinking out loud. Nobody really knows what’s coming or when. But in the meantime, here we are, living through this hyper-speed era of progress with the privilege of watching it unfold from the front row.

DON'T FORGET THE EARPLUGS

There are people who just can’t get into a pool or the sea without wearing earplugs. For many, they’re as essential as goggles or a towel. And it’s no joke: the moment a bit of water gets in, they end up with discomfort, pain, and even infections that take days to calm down. Something as simple as a quick swim can turn into a damp little nightmare.

I’ve never had that problem myself, but apparently it’s way more common than we think. Some people feel pressure with a single drop, others lose their balance, and some deal with so many issues throughout the year that earplugs basically become part of their official summer gear.

And it’s funny, because while some people dive in without a second thought, others need almost a ritual: placing the earplugs just right, making sure they seal, checking that no air gets in… all to avoid that sharp, treacherous pain that can ruin their whole day.

In the end, everyone experiences the water in their own way. But for those who suffer without earplugs, it’s simple: no plugs, no swim. It’s like having their own personal insurance policy against summer mishaps.
