LATEST UPDATE ON THE TIMES SQUARE INCIDENT

They tried again in 2009 with Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li, without much luck. There have also been animated movies and productions made for television and the internet, but this will be the third major live-action adaptation released in theaters.
Directed by Kitao Sakurai, the new Street Fighter reunites Ryu and Ken as they enter the World Warrior Tournament after being recruited by Chun-Li. Judging by the trailer, this time there is more money, better special effects, harder-hitting fights, and much more recognizable characters.
We still don't know if the movie will actually be any good, but at least this time the Hadoukens don't look like they were added in Paint five minutes before the movie was delivered.
